This returns and refunds page is only about our brine products. Landscaping and snow removal still come with the same customer service you have always known from us.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on salt brine sold by the gallon or in 275-gallon totes.
Please look over the quantity, pickup or delivery, and the delivery address before you check out.

You are welcome to bring an empty tote back and have us refill it. A refill is a new purchase at $0.45 a gallon ($123.75 for 275 gallons). It is not a return of the original order, and we do not buy the container back.
If something on a brine order is unclear, call or email us. We are happy to walk through the charge, the delivery, or what was included. We cannot take brine back or refund it.
